Allison Van Pelt Upholding The Importance Of Art

By Beryl Dalton

When civilization existed, so did art. According to a known quote, art is something that makes you feel an emotion. It does not have to be beautiful per say. It just has to have the heart to convey the message of the artist to those who reading, listening or watching their pieces. There are different types of art and in the society of today when technology has is the main tool for everything, it is sometimes easy to forget the true value that it has.

Over the years, there have been many types of arts. And there are also various artists who has been gaining fame because of their amazing works and contribution to this field. One of the best example for this is Alison Van Pelt. She is a very well known photo realist that has sold most of her work. She has also become and beacon for artists of today.

For others, these are just simple things. But for those who really know the value of a piece, they can easily tell that a particular artwork is an important part of history. It also presents one facet of society that could easily be forgotten without it.

Allison has been very active in the scene for her years of being an artist. Most of her works are build around various concepts. Photo realism on the other hand is a creation that depicts the subject in a form that somehow represents a photo. But when you look at it closely, you will see that it is actually hand work. After making it look like a photo, there are still other techniques that you can use for it.

Her works signifies that you cannot just stay with one principle if you want to create something different. It shows that if you make use of other techniques, you can create something that is even close to a mystery but not really. The newer artists should follow this as well.

In simple terms, she is one of the few people who is upholding the importance of teaching it in schools and to kids. One of the main principles that is being taught by this is creativeness. All people need creativity in their lives to move forward and make the best at what they are doing.

There is a deep reason why arts is constantly being taught in every educational institution. One of the reason would probably be the fact that it symbolizes a particular era. It has also become synonymous to the concept of culture for other people. In simple terms, it has become a part of the rich history of many cultures that it would be a waste to throw these important things.

When you have a hobby such as painting, you are less likely to divert your attention to other things, bad things. This is a sort of therapy for people who are suffering from something such as emotional conditions. Through this, you are making sure that you are maintaining the good behavior and keeping yourself healthy.

Research says that it increases that amount of intelligence. With each art piece that you view, you try to ponder on the message or purpose. You try to weigh if it makes sense or not. This makes you think more and stimulates your brain as well.
